When should I expect to receive my order?
***OUR HOLIDAY SHIPPING TIMEFRAME BEGINS ON 11/23/17. ALL ORDERS PLACED NOW THROUGH CHRISTMAS WILL SHIP WITHIN 10 BUSINESS DAYS. WE ARE WORKING HARD TO GET YOUR ORDERS TO YOU AS SOON AS WE CAN, AND WE APPRECIATE YOUR PATIENCE AS WE HAND-POUR YOUR CANDLES WITH CARE!
We typically process orders within 5-7 business days. Because we sell through our stock so quickly, most candles are made to order. Our hand poured candles must cure for a period of 24-72 hours before they are ready to ship. We ship all orders via USPS priority mail. Shipments typically arrive within 1-3 business days once they are shipped. If you need your candle sooner, please send us an email and we will try to expedite the process.

Do you offer wholesale?
Yes! We are currently working on a wholesale site, but in the meantime feel free to email us and we'll be happy to send you a line sheet.
Will you donate a candle to my event or adoption auction?
We'd love to say yes to all of these requests but due to the amount of requests we receive unfortunately we are not able to say yes all the time. We created the One Less candle as a way to help parents raise funds for their adoptions.
What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded. However, we will replace items if they are damaged during shipment. If your candle was damaged during shipping please send us an email with a photograph of the damaged item within 7 days of receipt.
